How To Reactivate Your Amazon Seller Central Account

Now, let me take you through the steps you need to follow to reactivate your Amazon seller account if it was deactivated in error.

  1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account and click on the Performance menu item.
  2. You will now see the option for Account Health. Once you click on this link, you will see the option to Reactivate Account.
  3. Amazon will now require specific documentation from you that proves you no longer have any connection to fraudulent or blocked accounts. The documentation should also prove that you own the account you want to reinstate. Be prepared to explain why your account should be reinstated too.

Unfortunately, the process is not instantaneous, so you will need to wait several weeks before you can start selling again.

If you want to withdraw any remaining funds but not reopen your account, you will still need to send a disbursement request to Amazon and wait for the 90 days.
